How do I get it?

· Choose from selection of tests those that are most relevant to you
· On the checkout page enter your ID number to identify yourself as a Momentum Multiply member.
· Enter your delivery address details and complete the payment.
· If you’re a Momentum Medical Scheme member, you can also use your HealthSaver to pay for the tests on the DNAlysis website by using your Momentum Money Visa Card.
· Your cashbacks will be transferred into your Momentum Money Savings Wallet once payment is confirmed. If you have a HealthSaver account, your cashbacks will be paid into this account
Using the benefit:
· This benefit is only available to the main member and partner on the Multiply contract.
· Multiply members are not allowed to transfer the benefit to non-Multiply members.
· Multiply cashbacks cannot be used in conjunction with any other applicable discounts.
· You will no longer have access to the discounted price of this benefit if you cancel your Multiply membership.
